Partial Transcript: Dave, you're not from Georgia. So, when did you come here, and from where did you come?

Segment Synopsis: Kyler talks about his motivation for moving to Georgia from Syracuse, New York: being offered a job as a regional planner by "what was then The Coastal Area Planning and Development Commission" in May of 1977.
